She rolled over at 3 months in December from front to back
She started sleeping through the night at 4 months
She started eating rice cereal at 4 months
She rolled over from back to front only once in February
She started sitting up last week with a boppy around her of course just in case she topples over.
She tasted sweet potatoes, not sure if she likes yet
Laughs out loud
babbles
enjoys interacting with her toys
knows her name
knows our voices and smiles when she hears us
enjoys interacting with her toys
knows her name
knows our voices and smiles when she hears us
Her LOVES….
Television (hope it’s not a bad thing that she already likes this so young)
Her baby dolls
Rice cereal
Silly songs mommy and daddy make up
Her new found love-sitting up
getting in mommy and daddy's bed early in the morning
Her NOT SO LOVES….
Tummy time (reason why she has only rolled from back to front 1 time)
Being left alone on her play mat
Tummy time
Waiting on you to make her bottle
Tummy time
Going to the doctor (which I will explain more in a minute)
Did I mention Tummy Time?
So just when I thought her half birthday was great and we had sailed through the first 6 months, I get a call from the daycare the next afternoon.
Adventure #3
I begin to panic when I hear “Lynlee has a fever of 102.5 and is very lethargic.” I respond, I will be there right away. I call the doctor on my way to see if I can get her in to see someone since it is already 3:45. I was able to get an appointment for 4:15 praise the Lord. When we get to the doctor, we begin the testing and it last for another 4 days. Lynlee’s white blood count was extremely high which told them that she had bacteria somewhere in her body. So over the course of 4 days my poor little girl had blood drawn from her arm, x-ray of her chest, finger pricked, bladder check which I won’t describe how they do that, 3 large antibiotic shots, 4 pricks on her heals to get more blood, and 4 doctor visits. It was a very scary week for us at the Frank’s household. The verdict, she had bacteria in her blood and had it not been caught as early as it was, it could have been very dangerous. Praise the Lord for her teachers and the doctors. With a lot of prayer and good doctors, now she is happy and back to her energetic self. Although we still have a 10 day antibiotic to take just in time for her 6 month check up to get here for her to get more shots. Now you know why I said she doesn't love the DR anymore. I am thinking she may like 7 months a lot more then month 6.

I am guessing you ask how you get bacteria in your blood. They say bacteria pass through all the time when we have colds etc and sometimes it gets in there and our bodies can’t fight it off. The doctor said it is just bad luck and probably won't every happen again.
Excited to see what she discovers in the next 6 months!
Home with Reese today and just discovered your blog. Yippee! Also, just showed Reese a picture of his beautiful future wife. He's in love. Tell Wes to get ready-- weddings are expensive. Love you!
