Well since I am late getting started with the blog thing, I thought I would catch everyone up to speed on my life thus far. I married my best friend of 8 years. We have been married almost 3 years and we have a little girl named Lynlee Faith Franks in September of this past year. She is almost 5 months old and amazing us each day. We often find ourselves sitting around each night just watching her and laughing like she is our t.v show for the night. Everyone says she looks just like me and I have to say in looking back at some of my baby pictures it is very wierd to see someone resemble you so much. But...I guess you can decide for yourself in the picture up top. I hope that you enjoy reading my blog as I keep you updated on the adventures of being a new mommy and share with you how our life changes from day to day.
Adventure #1
Well for you guys it's #1, I will spare you from me starting with all the adventures we have had since the day she was born and just start with the ones beginning in Month 4. She has just started eating rice cereal and she LOVED it. I am not quite sure why because I tasted it and it pretty much taste like cardboard, which now I am sure you are asking why would she taste it. I feel that it's a good idea to know what your child is eating so tasting it seemed logical at the time. Although now that I am writing it out loud, it doesn't seem so smart. :) Ill post pictures of the adventure in my next blog. Little Lynlee is not quite big enough for her highchair so you will have to forgive us if you can't see her cute little face in the picture.
