And we’re standing…

So our upstairs air was out for about 8 days which means we were camping downstairs during that time.  Yup, I got the short couch and Wes got the long couch.  Lynlee was set up nice in her pack n play.  I kept asking Wes why he got to sleep on the long couch, it just didn’t make sense J  It wasn’t as bad as it sounds, we actually all slept great and got to spend quality family time together because there was pretty much only 1 space we could hang out in.  I stayed home from work to wait for the air guy this past Tuesday; I was not taking the chance on missing him.  We have been practicing with Lynlee for about a week now trying to get her to stand.  While the air men were fixing our air, Lynlee and I were playing and well…..she stood up all by herself.  I clapped and hollered for her.  I am sure the air men thought I was crazy.  She wanted to keep doing it over and over again.  I am pretty sure she has it now because she wants to stand all the time.  Now we are working on the walking part.  She couldn’t wait to show daddy when we met him at the doctors later that day.  She had most of the people in the waiting room clapping for her.

Here is a video of Lynlee standing and dancing.

Yeah I said doctor again…… I feel like that has been a weekly trip lately.  We went to see an eye specialist for her blocked tear duct and as we thought, she is going to need surgery to fix it.  So Monday will be surgery day!  The doctor wanted to ensure that she didn’t need tubes in her ear as well because they liked to do it at the same time so the baby doesn’t have to be under anesthesia twice. So off we went to an ENT doctor today and well apparently we are going to need ear tubes as well.  Please be praying for Lynlee on Monday as she will go into surgery to get tubes and fix her eye at the same time.  I know she will do great and we are hoping that she feel much better once all of this is fixed.

My mom has a little roller coaster in her backyard for the grandkids to play on.  I put Lynlee on it to see what she would do.  Here is the video of her in her shades riding the coaster. It was so cute, I wanted to share.  She loved it!
