What do these have in common, just a Monday for Lynlee.
Today at school one of her classmates turned 1 so there was some cookie cake and puffs brought to celebrate. You know an infant’s dream snack when they wake up from nap. Lynlee tried cookie cake for the first time. I was a little nervous all day because she hasn’t tried table food yet and I wasn’t sure how she would handle the sugar, chocolate chips and cake. When I picked her up today, the teacher said Lynlee LOVED her cake today. They said that they gave her a small piece, turned around for a minute and Lynlee had eaten all of it. They said they looked around to see if she dropped any of it and they found no pieces to be left. So I guess the verdict would be…she can’t wait until the next friend turns 1.
When we got home from school, we found daddy hanging her new swing MeMe bought her. She was so excited when she saw it so we put her in it. Here is a video of her swinging. I think most of our summer will be spent in the swing.
Now the craziness, I was playing with Lynlee on her play mat and I started telling her about her outfit I bought her for her 1st birthday. No the craziness is not the fact that I was talking to her about her outfit or the fact that I have already bought her outfit for her party. I started telling her how crazy her outfit is going to be because it is super cute zebra tights with ruffles. Every time I said CRAZY she laughed so hard. I started saying it more to see what she would do. It became a lot funnier to her which made Wes and I laugh more. Here is the video so you can share in the laughter with us.
Lynlee is hoping every Monday is this good!
